2017 Full Site Pricing

Our “Full Site Rental” has several package options and benefits for one flat price.

Full Site Rental includes exclusive access to the full hotel grounds, all the guest rooms available (8 Classic Rooms, 8 Partial View Rooms, 15 Courtyard Rooms, 19 River View Rooms, 7 Suites) at the hotel and our 2 glamping sites. Exclusive access allows the hotel and hotel staff to focus solely on you and your guests needs.

Full Site Rental also includes your choice of 1 of the following at no additional cost:

  • “Welcome” / “Thank you” gift baskets in each guest room at check in.
  • Horseback Riding & Wine Tour for up to 10 people.
  • Local Winery and/or Brewery guided tour for up to 20 people.
  • White Water Rafting Adventure Tour for up to 20 people.
  • Zip Line Adventure Tour for up to 20 people.

Full Site Rental costs are:

  • $15,000* for the first day
  • $10,000* for each additional day.

*Full Site Rental pricing is based on open availability. This pricing in packaged and inclusive of taxes. Other factors may affect availability of Full Site Rental.
